Our beautiful 3 -bedroom villa is situated on a peaceful residential golfing community with a wide outlook onto the 18th fairway. Great location with lots of activities in the surroundings.

There are “Acres of space” in our enlarged living room with a comfortable 3-seater sofa, 2- seater love-seat and cane chair. For your entertainment we have provided a cable LCD TV with 65 channels, a DVD / VCR and Stereo sound system. The new laminate floor and large original painting bring a warm and cozy atmosphere to the house. Large sliding doors give a nice view and access to the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped with every labor saving device, including a cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, waste disposal and dishwasher. A telephone has been fitted giving access to free local calls and there is hi-speed wireless Internet access. There is a plentiful supply of crockery and cooking utensils. The dining room table comfortably seats 6 persons.

The master bedroom is located at the rear of the villa with patio doors leading to the pool. It contains a comfortable king-size bed with one walk-in closet, large dresser and mirror and bedside units with lamps. The en-suite bathroom has twin vanity units, a bathtub, separate fully-tiled Roman walk-in shower and toilet. The other 2 bedrooms include: 1 Queen size bed and 2 twins, the second bedroom having TV.

The wonderful view from the pool deck is of the golf course, one of the nicest courses in the area. The beautiful sandhill cranes are walking up and down the golf course looking for food. From time to time they will let you know that they are the boss – their characteristic sound makes you feel like being in a birds reserve. While taking a stroll through the Greenfield Plantation residential area, you may be lucky to see a gator sunbathing on the other side of the lake!
